Do I need a Red Seal or trade certification to apply?

Certifications are an asset but not always required. We hire based on demonstrated skill and attitude. If you are a hard worker who takes pride in quality, we want to hear from you regardless of formal credentials.

Is the work seasonal or year-round?

We work hard to keep our core crew employed year-round. Exterior work (decks, fences, siding) slows in deep winter, but interior projects, woodworking, and planning work continue through the cold months.

What areas do you work in?

Primarily Winnipeg and the surrounding area, with occasional projects in Brandon, Steinbach, Selkirk, and other Manitoba communities. Most work is within a reasonable commute of Winnipeg.

Do you hire apprentices or entry-level workers?

Yes. We hire general labourers and entry-level helpers who are willing to learn. If you are motivated and show up ready to work, we will teach you the trade.
