What We Do

Kitchen & bath renovations.

/ 01

Custom Cabinet Design & Installation

Full custom and semi-custom cabinetry built to your kitchen's exact dimensions. Shaker, flat-panel, raised-panel, and inset door styles. Soft-close hinges and drawer slides, pull-out shelves, and built-in organizers included as standard.

/ 02

Quartz & Stone Countertops

Quartz, granite, and quartzite countertops templated, cut, and installed by experienced fabricators. Waterfall islands, mitered edges, and undermount sinks. We coordinate directly with the fabricator so seams and cutouts are perfect.

/ 03

Backsplash Tile Work

Subway tile, large-format porcelain, mosaic, and handmade ceramic backsplashes installed with precision. Full-height backsplashes behind the range, herringbone patterns, and grout colour selection all handled in-house.

/ 04

Kitchen Lighting & Electrical

Under-cabinet LED lighting, pendant lights over the island, recessed pot lights, and dedicated circuits for appliances. We work with licensed electricians to ensure your kitchen is fully up to code and beautifully lit.

/ 05

Appliance Integration

Panel-ready refrigerators, built-in ovens, and integrated dishwashers require precise cabinet sizing and rough-in work. We coordinate appliance delivery and installation so everything fits perfectly on the first try.

/ 06

Flooring & Finishing

Hardwood, luxury vinyl plank, and large-format tile flooring installed with proper transitions and underlayment. Crown moulding, valance boards, and painted or stained finishes that tie the entire kitchen together.

/ 01

Walk-In Shower Conversions

Convert a dated tub-shower combo into a spacious walk-in shower with frameless glass, large-format tile, built-in niches, and a linear drain. We handle all waterproofing, tile setting, and glass installation in-house.

/ 02

Freestanding & Soaker Tubs

Freestanding soaker tub installation including floor-mount filler rough-in, tile surround or feature wall, and proper structural support. Alcove and drop-in tub replacements also available with full tile surround.

/ 03

Vanity & Custom Millwork

Floating vanities, double-sink configurations, and full custom millwork built to your bathroom's exact dimensions. We handle plumbing rough-in relocation so you're not limited to where the old vanity sat.

/ 04

Full Tile Work

Floor-to-ceiling tile in showers, feature walls, and heated floor tile installation. Large-format porcelain, marble, and mosaic tile set with precision — no lippage, consistent grout lines, and proper waterproofing behind every tile.

/ 05

Bathroom Lighting & Ventilation

Vanity lighting, recessed shower lights, and proper exhaust fan installation or upgrade. A properly sized exhaust fan prevents the mould and moisture damage that shortens the life of every bathroom renovation.

/ 06

Accessibility & Aging-in-Place

Curbless shower entries, grab bar blocking, comfort-height toilets, and wider doorways for accessibility. We design bathrooms that work beautifully today and continue to work as your needs change over time.

How It Works

Our Renovation Process.

01

Design Consultation

We meet in your home to understand how you use the space, what isn't working, and what your style and budget goals are. We take measurements, photograph the existing space, and discuss material and layout options.

02

Detailed Quote & Selection

You receive a line-item written quote covering all labour and materials. We walk you through cabinet, countertop, tile, and fixture selections so you can make confident choices before any work begins.

03

Demolition & Rough-In

Existing finishes are removed carefully to protect what's being kept. Plumbing, electrical, and framing rough-in work is completed and inspected before any new finishes go in — no shortcuts behind the walls.

04

Installation & Finishing

Cabinets, tile, countertops, fixtures, and all finishing details are installed in the correct sequence. We do not rush the finishing phase — caulking, paint touch-ups, and hardware alignment are what separate a good job from a great one.

Common Questions

Kitchen & Bath FAQs.

A full kitchen renovation typically takes 3 to 6 weeks from demolition to completion, depending on the scope. Custom cabinets have a 4–6 week lead time, so the total project timeline from signing to completion is usually 8–12 weeks. We provide a detailed schedule upfront so you know exactly what to expect.
A mid-range kitchen renovation in Manitoba typically runs $25,000–$60,000 for a full gut and rebuild with semi-custom cabinets, quartz countertops, and new appliances. High-end custom kitchens can exceed $100,000. We provide a detailed written quote before any work begins — no surprise invoices.
Cosmetic work (new cabinets, countertops, tile) typically does not require a permit. If we are moving plumbing, adding electrical circuits, or altering walls, permits are required. We identify what permits are needed during the consultation and handle all applications on your behalf.
Yes. Relocating a sink, adding a bathroom circuit, or moving a toilet rough-in is a routine part of our renovation work. We coordinate with licensed plumbers and electricians who are familiar with our process to ensure all rough-in work is inspected and code-compliant.
Quartz is the most popular choice for Manitoba kitchens — it is non-porous, highly durable, heat-resistant, and requires no sealing. Granite is a beautiful natural stone option that requires periodic sealing. We do not recommend laminate for full kitchen renovations as it does not hold up to heavy use over time.
We use a full membrane waterproofing system (Schluter Kerdi or equivalent) on all shower walls and floors before any tile is installed. This is non-negotiable — tile and grout alone are not waterproof, and skipping this step is the leading cause of shower leaks and mould in bathroom renovations.
In most cases we can work with the existing layout, which keeps costs down by avoiding plumbing and electrical relocation. However, if your current layout is inefficient, we will recommend changes that improve function — and give you an honest cost comparison so you can decide.
We manage the entire project. Plumbing, electrical, tile, cabinetry, countertops, and finishing are all coordinated under one contract. You have one point of contact, one schedule, and one invoice — not five separate contractors to manage.
